First of all... you should realize that the number one
complaint among unhappy downlines isn't the lack of
money. It's the lack of support!
Truly successful downline builders know that
building relationships is even more important than building
a
downline. When you build a solid relationship, you
make your downline "attrition proof".
We don't live in a perfect world. And, even the best
of companies will have challenges. Maybe a product
order got messed up... arrived late... a check wasn't
as big as it should have been... or someone simply
doesn't feel like things are working out for them.
If that person is nothing more than an ID number in
your group, they'll find it very easy to leave. After all,
they probably don't even think they'll be missed.
But... by simply taking the time to get to know them,
show them exactly how you build your business, get
involved with them as they build their business, and
develop that relationship, you'll find that people are
less likely to give up on their friends.
One way to begin building those relationships is to
make it a point to communicate on a weekly basis.
This may be a phone call... or if they live far away,
and you don't have the money for such things, send a
regular email update.
Let your group know what's going on in your life... in
your business. Don't get too personal, but make it
friendly.
The most important thing you can do with your
downline is SHOW them EXACTLY how you're
building your business. Let them know what you're
doing... how it's working... what sort of results you're
getting, and so on.
Then, show them how they can do the same thing.
Once you realize, that Network Marketing is about
sharing, helping and working together to achieve
everyone's dreams.....
Then... the money DOES start coming in...
